Our event is going to have a GLOBAL THEME incorporating the nations that eat the most chilli - Africa, Korea, South-America - so if you belong to these ethnic groups, we'd love to hear from you. Community groups are encouraged to participate.

Briz Chilli Fest is proud to support the Big Issue magazine - giving the homeless a hand-up not a hand-out.
The Big Issue is timely and topical, and loved by readers for its distinctive brand of irreverence. The magazine has something for everyone: vendors' stories, celebrity profiles, culture, commentary and in-depth social justice investigations all feature in its pages.

Noodle the Dachshund recently won a competition to be our festival mascot. The very adorable puppy will be at the festival in his new role as "Briz Chilli Dog" and will be helping to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis through a gold coin donation for an Instagram snap with him. Good on you Noodle!
